All jewelry are handmade from solid 925 Sterling silver. Kindly follow these tips to best keep and care for your jewelry. The most important thing is to remember to keep each piece of jewelry separated and stored in the jewelry box provided when not in use. You can also store the jewelry separated in ziplock bags. Make sure to store your jewelry in a room with low humidity.
Remember to take your jewelry off when you're in contact with chemical products or beauty products. The best way to keep your silver pieces looking shiny is to wear them. The more silver is worn, the shinier it will look!
Cleaning tips: Mix mild dish soap with hot water and let the jewelry soak for a little while. Gently clean your jewelry with a soft brush, rinse with clean water and dry off with a cotton cloth or microfiber cloth.
Gold vermeil jewelry:
Your jewelry is solid 925 sterling silver with an overlay of 24 karat gold. It's very important to remove your jewelry when in contact with water, chemical products or beauty products.
Cleaning tips: Use a 100% cotton or microfiber cloth to very gently swipe your gold vermeil jewelry. No water and no soap/cleansers!
Remember to remove rings when carrying heavy objects. Do not yank or pull on the chain of necklaces and keep the chain untangled while in storage. When putting on sweaters, scarves, going through pockets, etc. we recommend that you pay attention to your jewelry to avoid the shapes or claw settings from getting caught on anything.
The jewelry comes with a 1 year guarantee against any production defects. Please note that general wear and tear, incorrect storage, missing stones, misuse and scratches are not covered under the guarantee.
If the break is your own fault, do know that we will do our best to assist you. In most cases we will be able to repair your jewelry for a reasonable repair fee. We also offer services like polishing, resizing, replating of gold vermeil jewelry and prong tightening on any SWY products.
