If you wish to return your unworn jewelry, you have 30 days, from the day you receive your jewelry, to email us and return it. Custom orders and sale items are final sale. The jewelry must be in their original packaging and unused. Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer that the jewelry is safely returned to us, including any shipping and handling charges to return the item.
We are not responsible for items lost or parcels held by customs due to incorrect customs declaration. You must use a trackable delivery method with insurance for your return.Follow these steps when returning an order:
1. Send an email to email@example.com with your order number and inform us that you wish to return your order.
2. Make sure that the jewellery is packed safely in its original jewelry box and packaging.
3. For orders from outside the EU, you must clarify on the customs declaration on the outside of the package that it is a return and value is 0.

The refund may be issued after receiving the returned jewelry safely. If the returned jewelry complies with our return policy, we will process your refund, excluding all shipping charges, to your credit card within 3 working days of receipt. The refund will be made to the credit card used to place the order, this to prevent fraud. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been sent. The customers bank will take some time to process it, this may take 3-10 business days.
